Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. The following conditions apply for requesting a refund:

Defective or Incomplete Code/Service: If the code or service provided is defective, incomplete, or does not meet the specifications agreed upon.
Access Issues: If you are unable to access the service or the code due to technical issues for which the company is solely responsible.
Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or delivery of the service.
Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

Code or software that has already been delivered or downloaded.
Custom IT solutions, including software or systems developed specifically for your business or project.
Services or projects that have been completed or partially utilized by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made under the following conditions:

Timing: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service or project.
Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle, and the current billing period will not be refunded.
